The Christian Educators of Delmarva C.E.D. is a consortium of Christian schools who partner together to advance Christian Education in Delaware and Maryland
In 2006, the late Scott Kemerling of Delmarva Christian High School pulled together eleven schools to charter this organization because he believed Christian schools on Delmarva needed to work together to further Christian education. Since that time, the C.E.D. has partnered to provide professional development, educational innovation, technology assistance, purchasing power, legislation supporting school choice and fellowship between Christian educators.
Together with the Caesar Rodney Institute and Delaware Family Policy Council, the C.E.D. supports school choice legislation that gives back the power to parents to decide the educational environment that best suits their child.
