Calvary Christian Academy believes today’s students need to be taught the accumulated wisdom of the past from God’s point of view, so they will have a firm foundation from which to evaluate the present and trained in the way they should go to make proper decisions for the future.
Calvary Christian Academy desires to partner with families who value a Christian WorldView and seek to raise children with these principles at home, and within the local Church.
When to Apply
Calvary Christian Academy encourages families to begin the application process as early as possible.
Application fees are:
- *$100 per student (*which is non-refundable)
(Additional enrollment fees cover FACTS SIS, Parent Alert setup, as well as yearly Administrative costs)

Enrollment fees are:
- $150 for the first applicant
- $125 for the second applicant
- $100 for the third applicant and any additional students
Application Process:
The Admissions area of our website is designed to make the application process as simple as possible using our Online Application.
- Complete and submit the Online Application along with the $100 application fee.
- The application is reviewed by the Admissions Department.
- Entrance exam to evaluate Grade Level Readiness (K-12).
- Parent and student interview with Admissions Director and/or Administrator
- Receive a CCA Acceptance offer.
- Complete the enrollment packet, which includes paying the enrollment fee and setting up a payment plan.
- Order your child’s books in time for the 1st day of school

Creating an Online Application
1. To begin the Online Application process, click on the “Create an Account” button below.
2. Then log into your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
3. After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging into your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms, and if necessary reprint the supplemental forms.
